Congratulations on registering your child for the next group program! We look forward to working with you soon!

 Please note that there are no childcare provisions from 12:00 pm-1:00 pm (staff lunch and conference time) or after 4:00 pm (when staff leaves). Thank you, in advance, for picking your child up promptly at the end of each Saturday session.  

      Please Pack (clearly label each item with your child’s name):     

1. A backpack (to take crafts home and the LSLC homework folder back and forth each week)

2. Indoor shoes (please remove outdoor footwear when you arrive)  

3. Appropriate play clothes and outerwear (e.g. sunhat)

4. Extra set of underwear & play clothes (just in case!) 

5. Winter boots, pants, mitts and hat (winter) Bathing suit, sunscreen (summer)

6. All diapering supplies e.g. diapers, wipes, creams (if needed),

7. Medication in its original container and clearly labelled with your child’s name (if necessary).  

We’re Nut Free: LSLC adheres to “Peanut and Nut Free Environment” safety standards (see attached). Thanks for helping to protect our children & staff from a serious allergy threat. Nutritious snacks are provided each day.  If your child has food allergies, please record on the “Emergency Information” form and speak to your classroom teacher about them on the first day of the program.      

Medication: Your classroom teacher is the only person who can administer medication. Please remember to record medication particulars on the “Emergency Information” form. Give medication to your teacher and speak to her directly about any changes.    

Cancellations:  Please strive for consistent attendance so that your child enjoys optimal treatment benefits. Clearly, classroom time cannot be made up for any reason. As a courtesy, we will attempt to make up 1:1 therapy time (e.g. extending the length of subsequent session) when your child is absent due to emergency (e.g. illness).
