Our award winning Centre, founded in 1987, has helped hundreds of children and adults from all walks of life to gain control over their lives through communication. Owner and Speech-Language Pathologist, Kerry Erle, has over twenty years of clinical experience, and brings a wealth of knowledge, talent and caring to her work.

The Centre's college registered Speech-Language Pathologists, Communicative Disorders Assistants, Teachers, Early Childhood Teachers and Rehabilitation Assistants provide comprehensive, affordable and convenient services.

Clients are seen in our London office; or in their homes, schools or workplaces. We travel to many other parts of southwestern Ontario including Sarnia, Chatham, Stratford, Exeter and Goderich. Our flexible hours include evenings and Saturdays.

Awards

Kerry Erle was presented with the Eve Kassier Award for Outstanding Professional Achievement by the Canadian Association of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists in May, 2000. The award recognizes exemplary achievement in the areas of public education, teaching, business and volunteerism.

London Speech and Language Centre and the Ontario District Barbershop Singers were honoured in 1997 with the London Investment in Education Council's "Partnership in Literacy" award. The honour was bestowed for a long standing and innovative partnership that included the development and research of a volunteer tutoring program for language-learning disabled children from financially disadvantaged families. London Speech and Language Centre and the Barbershoppers have helped over 200 needy families over the last eight years.
